TYPHOON SERIES
The Typhoon Series contains all of Four Winds Spas' three pump 12 Amp dual speed systems. Each spa comes equipped with water features, LED spa and logo light, drain and a WiFi-Ready pack.
CYCLONE SERIES
The Cyclone Series contains all of Four Winds Spas' two pump 12 Amp dual speed systems. Each spa comes equipped with water features, LED spa and logo light, drain and a WiFi-Ready pack.
TROPICAL SERIES
The Tropical Series contains Four Winds Spas' one-pump, 12 Amp dual speed system. Each of these basic model Spas comes equipped with a water feature, LED Spa Rainbow Light, and drain.

The XL Swim Series features Four Winds Spas' swim spa line. A hybrid between a swimming pool and heated spa, our swim spas can be used year round for a variety of functions from exercising to relaxing.

The Storm Series contains Four Winds Spas' 120 Volt one-pump, economical system. This series is affectionately called the "plug and play" spas and can be directly connected to any dedicated 120V service.

Dave in Technical Services has been very patient and thorough as he walked us through several issues (incorrect wiring at installation, damage from rodents on Spa Control Panel Display wires). Our Maui Spa model was purchased new in 2008 and has been extremely reliable in spite of extreme cold (Canadian temperatures, wet climates (Seattle) and Hot temperatures (Gulf Coast Mississippi) as we were relocated to different locations. We highly recommend the quality of their products and their service. We have not had any experiences with their dealer network to provide comment on independent dealer providing services.”

“Bought a Mauii II Spa from Four Winds. They are a wonderful company to deal with. Their staff was even willing to meet me their day off after hours just to show the spa. I didn't have a lot of time to get all the way to Smyrna from Hendersonville. I was not able to make the first appointment. Went out a day or so later and she cut me the best deal I have seen on a spa. In their showroom they have a bunch of different priced tubs to pick from. I have been looking for a while. The staff was very knowledgeable about all the different spas and the options. Took me 20 minutes to buy it and they will deliver when you are ready. Take a lot of pics to show them where the spa will sit to get best delivery price.”

“I recently purchased my second Four Winds spa direct from the factory, since I'm local. I enjoyed my first tub for about 5 years with no issues and moved, so I wanted another tub. I upgraded in size, and the sales rep Morgan couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I had to leave my spa in the warehouse for several weeks after I purchased, then had to change my delivery date a few times due to projects at home not completed, and they were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend these tubs to anyone.”

“My Four Winds spa was delivered and set up without issue. Unfortunately the owners manual and warranty care were not in the hot tub. I sent Four Winds an email and their customer service was very helpful and immediately put a copy in the mail for me. I also inquired about the model of my hot tub to be sure the one delivered was the model I paid for (the model tag was a bit confusing). I received an email from the CEO asking me to send him photos of my hot tub, which I did. He replied with a confirmation that I had received the model in question. Now that is great customer service! My hot tub is amazing and I have not had any issues with it so far.”
